Step 1
Within 14 days of receiving your items contact us by email, phone, fax or letter to let us know you wish to return your products.

Step 2
Post back to us the products within 14 days of your notification

Step 3
Within 14 days from receiving the goods back we will refund you, including the original postage (return postage is at your own cost), using the same method you paid

Post back your items to us - we will refund you the cost of return postage

Within 14 days of receiving your faulty items we shall inspect your items and contact you to let you know about the refund. Any refund due will be paid by the original payment method used for the original order
